River Woods is a small, quaint community of 34 townhomes located in the Bellefonte
section of North Wilmington, Delaware. This site was developed for our homeowners and friends so they can easily obtain information in and around our community. The name "River Woods" derives from the small rivers running through the
community. Our homes are also surrounded by Pine and Maple trees which provide privacy for our community. One of the benefits of living in River Woods is the perfect location to major cities (Philadelphia and Wilmington), highways, and of course...the Delaware River, where you can watch ocean liners, large tankers, tugboats, and casual boaters cruise by. They can be seen from a few of the properties on the southeast end.
