**Storm Doors
Storm Door Installation Information
- The Storm Door surveys we're returned with 17 yays and 3 nays. As a resident of River Woods you
are now permitted to have a storm door installed with the following restrictions in mind.
1) Only the - Anderson MaxxView or Deluxe FullView door in colors listed below are permitted. You can click on
the link provided below to view what this door looks like.
2) No etching or designs on the glass will be allowed to keep the look uniform.
3) A brass or nickel kick plate and handle assembly are permitted.
4) Options for tempered glass, thermal glass, screen insert and/or insulated doors will be at the discretion of the
homeowner, as these options change the cost but not the apprearance.
5) Having a storm door is optional and not all of our homewoners have to have them installed.
6) The Board approved 4 storm door colors to match the 4 approved River Woods front door colors.
They are as follows: Andersen Colors - Forest Green RD-5 Green
Terratone FD-10 Gray
Slate Blue FD-9 Blue
Wineberry FD-7 Rose
*** Note: Homeowners are advised to contact a Board member if you are unsure of the color match of if your front door
is not painted the color approved in accordance with River Woods Maintenance Corporation.
